SCOPE:

  

The Chief Development Officer (CDO) is responsible for the success of the development of leads/prospects into signed franchisees.  The CDO will use various tools, techniques, strategies, presentations, and a specific sales process to close franchise deals. The CDO is the head of the franchise development department and will manage a team of franchise development professionals.
 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 
  • Developing and executing on both short- and long-term franchise development strategies that align with the Company’s mission to drive new franchisee growth.
  • Launching actionable sales & marketing campaigns tailored to maximize the sales of new franchises
  • Evaluating and optimizing the franchise development’s organizational structure, including selecting and partnering with external organizations to support the department’s objectives.
  • Implementing enhanced performance franchise development metrics to better measure franchise sales and optimize the spend of the franchise development budget.
  • Managing, motivating, and developing high-caliber franchise development talent.
  • Prior experience building and scaling a franchise development department.
  • Has driven new franchisee recruitment marketing that attracts high-quality franchisee candidates and supports aggressive development goals.
