This is a highly visible role with significant interaction across the franchise network to balance national brand strategy with local-market needs, build programs franchisees can put to work in their communities, and earn trust through strong support and measurable results.
You will also partner with functional leaders to support marketing efforts for caregiver recruitment and Franchise Development, helping ensure our brand and marketing capabilities support growth across the organization. |

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
|
• Help lead consumer lead-generation strategy across national and local marketing channels.
• Manage digital agency partners across paid media, SEO, local digital, website optimization and other performance channels. • Evaluate channel and agency performance, challenge recommendations and hold partners accountable for lead quality, conversion and ROI. • Lead annual and quarterly marketing calendars and oversee campaign toolkits, collateral and digital assets. • Direct internal and external content and creative resources. • Help franchisees strengthen local lead generation, community marketing, referral development, reputation and brand awareness. • Support new and developing locations with marketing programs designed to accelerate awareness and growth. • Coach and develop team members and build a collaborative, high-performing culture. • Manage agencies, vendors and external resources as extensions of the marketing team. |
