Strategically lead the franchisor team, inspire and lead the growth of the unit franchise system and be the primary point of contact and primary point of vertical value creation for the executive leadership

• Leads, manages and holds accountable the Development senior leadership support team.
• Develops and fosters key relationships with franchisees, leadership, key vendors and partners.
• Provides strategic direction for the brand in all business areas including but not limited to employment and consumer trends, marketing & recruitment, competitive analysis and IT roadmap.
• Manages the company’s franchise development efforts and team through the acquisition of new franchisees and the resale of existing franchised units.
• Creates and manages business unit annual budget and goals.
• Provides industry and company insight to executive leadership.
• Provides strategic leadership for organizational unit or department.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Successful franchising experience A Must, leadership team experience preferred.
• Ability to drive franchise sales, performance, support and partnership.
• Able to identify current and future customer and business needs to align strategic tech roadmap.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and link to business decisions.

Minimum 5 years at President or CEO level
