We are networking with prominent Franchise professionals with the goal of obtaining candidate referrals or recommendations. Capodice & Associates has been retained to conduct a priority executive search for an experienced CEO.  Qualified candidates will receive immediate and confidential consideration. The candidate profile is summarized as follows:

COMPENSATION:

 

Base salary, plus bonus, complete benefits package.

 

SCOPE:

 

The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep operational expertise in bakery-café or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), able to translate brand standards into best-in-class execution across all shops.

 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

·         Lead and optimize the performance of company-owned shops, ensuring operational excellence, financial health, and consistent delivery of the brand’s high-quality customer experience.

·         Drive the continued development of the company concept through owned operations, building the operational manual that underpins both company-owned and franchise operations.

·         Identify and execute strategies for sustainable growth and efficiency, including expansion of owned shop operations where appropriate.

·         Oversee day-to-day operations of all owned locations, ensuring adherence to the company’s operational manual and continuous improvement in service, quality, and efficiency.

·         Manage the P&L of owned shops, analyzing performance metrics to ensure profitability and healthy cash flow.

·         Develop annual operating plans and budgets aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

·         Report directly to the Board, composed of one representative from each joint venture partner.

·         Provide regular updates on operational performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives.

·         Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO or senior operational role within bakery-café, QSR, or multi-unit retail.

·         Demonstrated success leading company-owned operations with responsibility for P&L, operations, and brand execution.

·         Proven ability to build and institutionalize operational systems that support scalability and franchising.
