SCOPE: |
Pivotal role in ensuring the success and growth of our Franchise Owners. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, marketing, and operational support, fostering a collaborative partnership, driving profitability, ensuring brand consistency across the franchise network, and contributing to the learning and development initiatives for the franchisor. Additionally, will actively support the launch of new studios, offering comprehensive assistance to Franchise Owners during the opening phase.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with Franchise Owners to understand their business needs and challenges.
· Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to assess operations, address concerns, and ensure brand standards are upheld. · Coach and mentor franchisees and their teams to achieve business objectives, enhance customer relations, and deliver exceptional service and support. · Guide operational best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. · Analyze financial performance metrics and assist Franchise Owners in implementing strategies for improved profitability. · Guide operational best practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. · Analyze financial performance metrics and assist Franchise Owners in implementing strategies for improved profitability. · Ensure Franchise Owners adhere to brand standards, operational guidelines, and legal requirements. · Conduct regular audits to assess compliance and recommend corrective actions when necessary. · Maintain scheduled in-field visits for quality assurance and training. · Review and analyze financial reports submitted by Franchise Owners, identifying areas for improvement and growth. · Provide financial guidance to help Franchise Owners optimize their business performance. · Collaborate with Franchise Owners during the pre-opening phase to ensure a smooth launch. · Provide guidance on the setup of the new studio. Support marketing efforts for the new studio opening, aligning with the overall brand strategy. · Act as a mediator in conflict resolution between Franchise Owners and the franchisor, ensuring a positive and constructive resolution. · Address operational challenges and find collaborative solutions to overcome obstacles.
