Base salary, plus bonus, complete benefits package.

 

 

SCOPE:

 

The VP of Franchise Development will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s franchise expansion strategy.  Will be responsible for leading a team to identify and attract potential franchisees, nurturing relationships, and guiding them through the process of becoming successful franchise partners

 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

 

  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff within the Franchise Department.
  • Ensure that all staff within the Franchise Department interact with and support the needs of other departments throughout the Company.
  • Develop and submit, as requested, detailed budgets for the operation of the Franchise Department.
  • Collaborate with the 3rd part Advertising and Marketing agency on strategies for generating qualified franchise leads.
  • Oversee the franchise sales process the team will follow including the handling of franchise leads, interviewing franchise candidates, evaluating franchise applications, and awarding franchise contracts.
  • In conjunction with franchise legal counsel, oversee the Company’s franchise compliance system ensuring compliance with all federal and relevant state laws governing the franchise sales and relationship process.
  • Prepare and manage regular franchise development reports and participate in regularly scheduled candidate pipeline review meetings.
  • Maintain effective, professional working relationships with the franchise broker community, development agents, and franchisees to gain more traction through referrals.
