SCOPE:

 

As the Manager/Director of Business Development of Training, you will be a key driver in the growth of our dealer network and overall business. You will lead dealer training programs and internal skill development initiatives, ensuring our dealer network and internal teams are equipped to excel in their roles.

 

 

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Onboarding: Organize and manage monthly training events for new dealers, focusing on logistics, speaker coordination, and participant preparation.
  • Sales Training: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for dealers on sales methodologies, product knowledge, and market trends.
  • Master Classes: Develop and lead advanced training sessions for existing dealers to help them refine their business strategies and operational skills.
  • Internal Training: Design and implement training programs for internal sales and leadership teams to enhance their skills.
  • Needs Assessment: Evaluate the training needs of both internal teams and dealers, creating new programs to fill any identified gaps.
  • Training Materials Development: Create and maintain training manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources to support ongoing education.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
