SCOPE: |
The COO is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of operational support systems that enable franchisees to run successful service businesses. The COO is critical in driving the franchise’s growth, ensuring operational excellence across the network, and maintaining a high standard of service delivery through the franchisees. They collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, CEO, executive team, and department heads to achieve the franchise’s financial and operational goals by supporting franchisees in optimizing their operations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
|
- Develop and execute the franchise’s operational strategies in alignment with the company’s overall vision and objectives.
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning processes, quality control, and customer service to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the franchise’s operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with the CEO and finance team to create annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and take proactive measures to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to develop and execute growth strategies, including market expansion and client acquisition.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and vendors to enhance the franchise’s reputation and market presence.
- Oversee and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that internal departments (operations, finance, marketing, franchise support) are aligned with the company’s objectives and working together efficiently to support franchisees.
- Establish clear performance expectations for internal teams, promoting transparency, open communication, and teamwork across all levels of the organization.
- Work closely with franchisees to review and address customer feedback, providing guidance on corrective actions to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold brand reputation.
- Develop and provide tools and resources that enable franchisees to monitor their own compliance and quality, ensuring they meet both brand and legal standards in their markets.
