SCOPE: |
This role is responsible for selling franchises to new partners and will provide input on all aspects of the sales process, implementing franchising strategies and new market entry programs to help grow restaurant’s national presence.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
|
- Proactively move franchise sales leads through the process from initial inquiry to closing agreement, creating a consistent and supportive experience for all prospective franchisees.
- Develop strong relationships with prospects while keeping them engaged in the sales process.
- Provide collaborative and substantive franchise consulting to maximize sales and profits.
- Help design new strategies to engage new leads through organic lead generation efforts, digital media, trade shows, networking events, and personal relationships.
- Be a Subject Matter Expert as it pertains to the brand’s FDD.
- Work directly with the Development team to execute various sales campaigns and strategies.
- Ensure all communication materials are up-to-date, timely, and relevant; archive materials as needed.
- May assist prospective franchisees through site selections and real estate processes when necessary. Provide recommendations and ensure alignment with brand standards and timelines to ensure consistency.
- In partnership with the agency, proactively generate and nurture new franchise leads by bringing creative strategies to expand brand visibility and reach untapped candidate pools.
- Ensure the sales process is followed and tracked meticulously by expertly utilizing the CRM
- database. Manage CRM drip campaigns and track/analyze lead flow to improve efficiency and lead response time.
- Prepare and manage regular franchise development reports and participate in regularly scheduled candidate pipeline review meetings.
