COMPENSATION:

 

Base salary, plus bonus, complete benefits package.

 

SCOPE:

 

The seasoned operational franchise executive will serve as a strategic and operational leader for a fast-growing franchise network. This role is responsible for driving franchise sales performance, guiding operational excellence, and ensuring long-term franchisee success from presale through maturity.

This position reports to the COO of Franchise and is ideal for a seasoned franchise executive with deep experience scaling brick-and-mortar health and wellness brands. The ideal candidate is a high-EQ leader who thrives in high-growth environments, brings a hospitality-first mindset, and is passionate about relationship-driven coaching and data-informed decision-making.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

 

 

·         Design, lead, and optimize the franchise sales strategy

·         Manage lead generation, candidate qualification, and deal closures

·         Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to drive go-to-market alignment

·         Own performance metrics across all stages of the franchisee lifecycle (awarded, presale, opening, ramp-up)

·         Lead and expand a team of Franchise Business Consultants focused on unit economics, operational consistency, and franchisee success

·         Guide planning and execution for presale and grand opening activities

·         Ensure continuous revenue growth and operational strength across all franchise locations

·         Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to franchisees, fostering strong, collaborative relationships

·         Promote system-wide sharing of best practices and ensure alignment with brand standards

·         Navigate challenges with empathy and maintain long-term franchisee trust

·         Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing franchise support team

·         Act as the internal advocate for franchisee needs across functions (marketing, CX, product, etc.)

·         Implement scalable systems and processes to support network expansion

·         Analyze performance data and use insights to drive decision-making and coaching strategies
