Scope:

The Director is responsible for developing a candidate pipeline to facilitate new sales, resulting in the optimum new sales being completed on an annual basis.

The position will require identifying, qualifying, and educating franchise prospects and monitoring new franchisees thru new owner processes.  Plays a central role in coordinating the Company’s Resources in Franchise Sales, Real Estate and Construction to support Brand Growth Initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Set up processes and systems to maintain a strong, Franchise Sales Process and Team to source the qualified new Franchisees and Development Pipeline needed to expedite Brand Growth.
  • Maintain and efficiently keep the leads engaged as the Director facilitates them through the sales process
  • Attend franchise trade shows, networking events, and conventions as needed
  • Continue to monitor progress of new franchisees until they reach New Owner Training
  • Schedule and coordinate all details of FDDs for their prospects
  • Assemble all necessary documents prior to closing each sale
  • Assure all prospects questions are answered during due diligence
  • Lead and Development aspects of the Brand’s Business Development function including strategic and market planning, new Franchisee recruitment, site selection and new development to increase the rate, pace, and success of Brand Growth.
  • Provide Vision and Strategy to deliver the Brand Growth initiatives.
  • In concert with the CEO and CFO develop the Development Department Budget and then manage the Budget on a day-to-day basis.
  • Schedule any peripheral marketing material to be mailed or emailed to ongoing prospects
  • Ensure proper disclosure practices for all active prospects
