CTO/CXO candidate will have strong technical expertise, be progressive in their approach and understand how to find “best in class” vendors. Must understand and demonstrate how they have driven the consumer experience while partnering with marketing, operations, finance, and sales.
Skills & Experience:
- Responsible for the overall customer experience. Develop human capital including providing mentorship as appropriate
- Expertly collaborating with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, finance, sales across all phases of project deployment, utilizing team-building strategies to maximize motivation, productivity, and performance.
- Forges strong relationships with executive team members, other leaders, clients, partners, and outside vendors.
- Data driven decision maker that can validate every initiative and outcome with data.
- Introduces best practices and continuous improvements that enhance workflow productivity and efficiency.
- Manage an internal team of four along with several outside vendors
- Ensure that the company’s products, services, and processes are designed and delivered with respect to the customer vision.
- CXO must deeply understand customer needs and expectations and translate those into actionable plans for the company.
- Must solve problems innovatively and decisively
- Works with HR, project management, and other departments to ensure that customer-facing employees have a positive experience at work.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of how to leverage efforts to elevate the brand, increase awareness, and drive demand to accelerate the sales lifecycle, create a continuous pipeline of business, and generate results and growth.
