The Director Franchise Sales is responsible for developing a candidate pipeline to facilitate new sales.

Skills & Experience:

  • Qualification of franchise sales leads from multiple lead sources
  • Franchise sales presentations (via phone) to prospective franchisees
  • Franchise Discovery Days with prospective franchisees
  • Franchise Disclosure Document review with prospective franchisees
  • Facilitate sales process from start to finish with prospective franchisees
  • Close franchise sales with franchise sales leads from multiple sources
  • Full utilization of ZOHO CRM
  • Interaction with Franchise Brokers utilized by the company for lead generation
  • Work trade shows as necessary based on company schedule
  • Update EVP on sales pipeline weekly
  •  Knowledge of FTC regulations and FDD requirements
  • 4 – 5 years of franchise sales or franchise marketing experience
  • Will consider strong sales performers with no franchise sales experience
  •  Past experience working with franchise brokers/consultants a strong plus
