Scope:

Director of Franchise Sales is responsible for developing, administrating and delivering the process necessary for achieving the company’s franchise unit growth goals.  Identifying, attracting and signing, professionally and financially qualified, proficient, and sales oriented franchise owners.

Skills & Experience:

  • Develop and implement innovative and effective franchise sales programs from lead generation to close
  • Identify, attract and sign, professionally and financially qualified, proficient, and sales oriented franchise owners
  • Responsible for growing the brand through strategic market planning and implementation of new business expansion through franchise sales
  • Creates a stream of new qualified franchise candidates for appropriate opportunities that meet or exceed standards and are identified through an appropriate business planning process.
  • Executes a strategic marketing and PR program to drive candidates to pipeline.
  • Manages the franchising process from application to closing of transaction.
  • Attends appropriate industry events that aid in securing candidates for various strategic market needs of sales and development.
  • Initiate franchisee on-boarding program to successfully onboard franchisees ensuring a hassle free, smooth and efficient service to new franchisees
  • Effectively provide advice, counsel, coaching, and assistance to the franchise owners/operators to impact and improve the sales, profits, and operating standards of the business.
